I respect each and every person on this earth. There will always be someone who is going through crippling hunger, pain, and loss in our world. These problems existed before you and I were born and they will continue to exist after we die. Some may say that makes any attempt to help meaningless since these problems will never be completely eradicated. However, they are wrong. The fact that it is never ending makes it all the more important that we help others as much as we can before our time and their time is up. If one person can be free from hunger and pain for even one day, then humanity exists.
