INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK ‐ IMF Purposes Support a participatory approach to ecosystem based  p planning and management in coastal zones.  g g Assist the development of solution‐oriented plans for coastal  zones, with special attention to the integration of the surface  zones with special attention to the integration of the surface waters, groundwater and aquifers, and biodiversity  management. Integrate climate change as a cross‐cutting issue throughout  the planning and implementation process.4
