  5. 5. Vulnerability Assessment Residential Buildings Official Buildings General Buildings Infrastructures Water pipeline, Gas pipeline , Electricity network,Communication network, Bridges and roadways
  6. 6. Master plan of seismic risk reduction program The program consists:  Assessment of seismic hazard,  Vulnerability  Risk for mitigation plan of the new and existing urbanelements.  Public training program,
  7. 7. Goal The key goal of this program is to identify the roles andresponsibilities of the governmental and private sectionswith regard to the disaster management before, during andafter an earthquake occurrence.
