Due to the revisions to the performance standards needed to make them more vertically aligned, if all other factors remained the same, you would expect the percent in Level 3 in 2004 to increase by 4.1 percentage points and a corresponding 4.1 percentage point decrease in the percent in Level 2. You would not expect Levels 1 or 4 to be affected by the adjustment to the cut score.
