Possible consequences for violating Policy 3211 <ul><li>Malicious harassment may be reported to law enforcement </li></ul><ul><li>Students: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Discipline which may include suspension and/or expulsion depending on mitigating factors </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Mandatory training </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Staff/Administrators: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Appropriate progressive disciplinary action depending on severity of misconduct </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Vendors/Volunteers/Others: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Termination of services </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Required to leave PSD property </li></ul></ul>

Retaliation Provision <ul><li>A person who initiates a complaint under Policy 3211 and/or participates in the investigation of a complaint will not be retaliated against! </li></ul><ul><li>Building Administrators and staff will take appropriate precautions to protect students from retaliation! </li></ul>
