Howard Rosenberg-CEO
Prior to founding B-Stock, Howard spent over 6 years at eBay, most recently as General Manager of the Private Marketplace business,
which he launched in mid-2004. Howard and his team helped customers liquidate approximately $700mm in excess inventory in bulk lot
auctions. In 2008 alone, the business did nearly $200mm in transaction volume. Howard spent 4 years on the Advisory Board of the
Reverse Logistics Association and speaks regularly on techniques to optimize liquidation recovery at the annual RLA conference. He is a
graduate of the Harvard Business School and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Bill Cornell-VP Engineering
Bill has more than 10 years of experience in designing and building best-of-class auction systems. In 1998, he was one of the original
developers of the FairMarket auction platform, which networked together large computer manufacturers like Dell and CompUSA with
portal sites from MSN, Excite, Lycos and others. FairMarket had over 10 million registered users globally by 2000.
In 2003, Bill participated in the sale of FairMarket's technology platform to eBay, and then led the development team's effort in adapting
the FairMarket platform into a B2B private marketplace. In 2005, the combined revenue from all customers exceeded $30 million for the
first time ever.
