This breakout session will provide an overview about important improvements for the future of client computing.
With an initiative code named “Project Athena”, Intel has created an innovation program to redesign the laptop experience for driven, on-the-go people. These next-generation laptops will be designed to light up immediately with instant resume, and deliver blazing fast connectivity, virtually all-day. The presentation will showcase an Athena-certified Fujitsu LIFEBOOKs designed to be one of the thinnest, lightest, and most powerful Intel®-based laptops to be released soon.
As a second topic the session will provide insights how Intel Optane - a very high-performance form of non-volatile memory - is driving the performance of all Fujitsu’s PC offerings - from LIFEBOOK laptops to CELSIUS workstations.
Finally we will we will show examples of Intel & Fujitsu technology that already transform the workplace of the future today: Intel vPro platform and Fujitsu’s ESPRIMO Q958/MRE with Intel Unite.
