We are seeing the biggest transformation ever in the Financial Services Industry where technology is playing a key role and the most relevant aspects are fierce competition in a new inhospitable arena with low interest rates. Heavy regulation is demanding more innovation, agility and flexibility from those who want to succeed. The bank of the future will follow various strategies in order to reinvent itself. It will be more heterogeneous and different from those we see now, but all of them must focus on customer needs.
