Closely managed advance party reservations, guest registration, event atmosphere, bar service, and charitable tie-ins and fundraisers. Personally hosted each event and led a staff of professionally trained hosts, with focus on charm, warmth, hospitality, guest comfort and safety, and minimization of company’s risk for liability. In cooperation with community business partners, coordinated the assembly of valuable gift bags for each guest at every signature event.
