  6. 6. Fran is the best!Laura Sullivan - Merrick__________________________________________________I was an extremely picky buyer, and Fran not only understood my needs, but did not try to push meinto accepting something that I didnt want. She was a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutelycontact her if and when I am ever ready for another real estate transaction.Joan Wunk - Massapequa__________________________________________________The numbers in this survey are not high enough to describe the excellent manner in which Ms Fran-cine Pecoraro dealt with the sale of our property. Her availability, suggestions, participation in all as-pects of the transaction were exceeded all expectations. Keep in mind that we were out of the countryshortly after listing the property and returned only after closing. Francine Pecoraro did it all spontane-ously and with great proficiency. THANK YOU Francine!Doris and Karel Westerling - Massapequa__________________________________________________Fran was patient, always available, and went well above and beyond to bring this complex (Seaford)sale to a close. We could not have asked for more than what Fran willingly and happily did for us.There is no doubt that when it is time to sell our Bellmore home, it will be Fran that we call!Barbara and Doug Hollinsworth - Bellmore________________________________________________Francine handled this sale very professionally but still treated us like it was her only deal. She madethe whole process much less stressful and handled adversities as they came up.David and Denise Rubin - Massapequa_________________________________________________TEST1MONIALS
  7. 7. Dear Fran, I want to thank you for your professionalism and caring during a difficult time for ourfamily. The house my siblings and I grew up in held many memories, and it was with great sadnessthat we had to let them go. They will forever reside in our hearts. It is now in the hands of someonethat will hopefully take the love we left there, and build on it anew.My family and I felt trust in you to guide us through the sale of my parents’ house. Your thorough re-search of the surrounding community provided us with the information we needed to unanimouslyapprove the selling price you so skillfully suggested. We are truly thankful for the adept and knowing course of action you took helping us prepare thehouse for the sale, leading us through the perfect open house with practiced proficiency that led di-rectly to its sale.Your unfaltering dedication gave us confidence in your abilities. We appreciate the way you pa-tiently and caringly held our hands through this laborious and emotional process.Sincerely, S. Ivy Green - Massapequa___________________________________________Dear Francine, thanks so much for handling the sale of my parents home (in Seaford). I heard theclosing went very smoothly which was welcomed news. The sale of the house, although painful emo-tionally was a major step in settling my mothers estate. I sent a "welcome to your new home" card toKimberly and Anthony along with a letter giving them a history of the house, our family, and theneighborhood which back in 1956 was "way out in the country". I also sent them a photo of Mom &Dad taken in the back yard a few years ago. I hope the new owners will have many treasured memo-ries in their new home. With best regards, Annette MyavecAnnette Myavec, Florida______________________________________________It was a pleasure working with you. I recommend herhighly for any real estate needs you may have. Even in this difficult market, she got the job done and Iwas very satisfied."M. Edwards, Massapequa_____________________________________________Francine is always our first choice for real estate services, due to her work ethic and desire for clientsatisfaction. In first meeting Francine several years ago, she was representing the seller of a home wewere viewing. I was impressed by her relationship with the seller, combined with the professionalmanner in which she handled us. That meeting led to her becoming the listing broker when we soldthe home we eventually bought, as well as several other recent dealings. She receives my highest rec-ommendation as a standout performer in her field.D. Sergi, Plainview______________________________________________Dear Fran, I just want to thank you for your hard work in helping my brother and I sell my mothershouse. We were both very pleased at how smoothly everything went, and that we received what weconsider a fair price, even with the difficulties of the current market. As you know, it was a little diffi-cult for us as we both live out of state. We especially appreciate your assistance in coping with thislong distance problem.
