Papa John’s is a national franchise pizza chain with over 20,700 employees and
4,600 stores. Franchisees needed a more effective way to order operational
supplies from Corporate HQ. The existing process of choosing materials
from a catalog and ordering through a call center was expensive to operate
and inconvenient for franchise owners. It also did not allow for real-time
customization of materials to support specific franchise locations.

• Papa John’s added a “team store”, making it possible for team members to
order Papa John’s branded gear like uniforms, aprons and hats.
• The company added a page on their website, powered by OrderCloud, that
allows Papa John’s customers to order memorabilia, including the famed
Papa John’s Camaro.
