Emily has a long history of making awesome food with live ingredients. Emily has
developed 17 years of sharing culinary expertise in several ways, online and offline.
She has written articles about parenting for North Shore News in Haleiwa while living
on Oahu, and built her own small business websites. She also invested successfully
in retail shops in New Zealand before selling her shops to move back to Hawaii.

Ted has worked in the computer industry for over 35 years as a software developer.
