The purpose of this book is, to provide prospective airline flight attendants with information on what to expect, if selected to attend initial flight attendant training. Initial flight attendant training is very intense. The initial flight attendant training lasts between 4-7 weeks. It is not easy to remain focused, and pass all the required exams. But, if you have the desire, and truly want to work as a flight attendant, I highly recommend applying to as many airlines as possible.
I worked as an airline flight attendant for over 17 years with America West Airlines, Comair, and Chautauqua Airlines. I am in the process of writing more chapters on working as an airline flight attendant.
If you, or anyone you know has, or is currently applying to work as an airline flight attendant, it is extremely competitive. Each month, most airlines receive hundreds or thousands of applications and resumes. For many people, working as a flight attendant would be their "dream job". This is the main reason I started my business. My goal is to assist people as they pursue an airline flight attendant career.
