Emily DavisMoses Gate in the Croal Irwell Valley, south of Bolton, on the A6053 BL1 1SBI think that this would be a good place for the filming as its free which costs in with our budget ofpaying nothing for the location. It has the right scenery for what we want in our film and a lake andswings which is the main part of our last scene. There are also a few ducks so is good because weneed to feed them to make our scene realistic. It will be the scene where George takes Jenny to thepark to feed the ducks and then Ben and George start fighting. This is about 20 minutes away so willcost some money for travel.Clifton House Road, Clifton, M27 6NG this is a Local Nature Reserve
Emily DavisI think this would also be a good idea because there are ducks there and its quiet so there won’t beloads of people in our shot while were filming. There are ducks here so that’s good for our finalscene and the swings which we also need to use. However it might be harder to get in the water andget permission for our scene to be filmed in it. But this location is free to so it’s in with our budget. This would be for our last scene but towards the end where the swings are needed for Jenny to bepushed and fought over by the boys. It would take around 16 minutes to get to this location whichmight use travelling costs.108 High Street, Manchester, M4 1HQThis is where I was thinking we could have our first scene because its quiet so wouldn’t get any people in the shot also there is a flower shop there. This location is well suited because it’s what we need in our first scene for a character to go in and buy some flowers. It will be good for our first scene were the main character Jenny is walking down the road with George and Ben has to go into a florist to get some flowers. This location is 15 minutes away so will cost some travel.
