- It just so happens that I live less than a mile from where Henry Ford filmed a movie in 1924 that was the SRTS movie of it’s day – it was called The Road to Happiness. There’s a long history of executing societal change through kids. – smoking, recycling, seatbelts. Henry Ford’s movie was part of the Good Roads Movement so I have adopted the Good Roads philosophy but updated for 21st century living, understandings & ideas
- The Bureau of Good Roads staffers design and facilitate community classes, events, and workshops to explain how our streets and transportation work. Our goal is to engage and teach through fun, fresh and unexpected approaches.
