  8. 8. “ NO SWEAT!” Fitness Class <ul><li>No Sweat is a great way to recharge your battery in the middle of the day and give you the energy to get through the afternoon! </li></ul><ul><li>The phrase &quot;no sweat&quot; means this is not a cardio workout. Instead, it utilizes stability balls, step benches, hand weights, resistance bands and mats. </li></ul><ul><li>Participants will perform a variety of exercises to increase strength. </li></ul><ul><li> This class is designed to accommodate from beginner to advanced individuals. All equipment will be provided. </li></ul>
