This document provides specifications for external print packaging including chemical and physical properties. It specifies that the product should contain between 0.15-3.00% carbon, 0.10-0.20% sulfur, 0.20-2.00% aluminum, and between 67.0-0.50% niobium and tantalum. Physically, the product sieve analysis shows it should accumulate between 5-35% under 150 microns, 35-60% under 75 microns, and 60-70% under 45 microns.
