  14. 14. • Short-term means fast, intense, focused experiences with a team purpose and specific need in mind• Growth and stability of the programmes by creating and managing short-term experiences• Short-term experiences enable up- sales for multiple programmes
  15. 15. Some examples• Pipeline planning and management through MyAIESEC.net• Redesign structures to provide short- term experiences• Packaging experiences with combination of all ELD programmes

  17. 17. • Create a pool of TMP-TLP participants with: – Practical experience around leadership, world issues or management – Already part of activities like international internships, leadership development and a global issues
  18. 18. Some examples• Design plug-in experiences including EwA and ELD programmes• Open the scope for new type of skills/profiles through other organizations (law, arts, technology, etc.)
