 Be, been, being past participle.
Usually be, been, and being are followed other auxiliaries
like have, has, had, will, would, shall, should, can, could
may, must etc.
 ‘Being’ followed by am, is, are, was and were are used with
past participle to form the passive voice.

3. Conversion from
Active Voice to Passive Voice
The positions of sentence parts will change to new places.
When conversion takes place, the auxiliary verb available in the verb phrase will be added
with a be verb to the past participle of the transitive verb)
The subject’s position goes after the verb with a by phrase.

The subject changes as the
agent in the passive with a
by phrase.

They = by them

5. When conversion, the single verb form in in present simple
(drive /drives) or simple past, (drove) adds am, is, are, was,
or were additionally to the past participle.
