Reports To:
Daily Tasks:
Reporting directly to the chief nursing officer.
Responsible for the staffing in order to conserve the
safe nurse: patient ratio according to the hospital
polices which depending basically on the world wide
evidenced based practice and the famous long life
accredited hospitals and to manage in a daily basis
accordingly, facing critical situation problem. Bed
management according to the staff competencies, the
availability of the beds and safety issues, dealing with
patient and family complain and full responsibility to
investigate and to take actions accordingly,
knowledge resource of the hospital in the policy and
procedure, prepare the statistics of the whole hospital
and to give report in daily basis, follow up and follow
thru the application of the hospital policies and
procedure, following the safety and quality issues,
audit and report any discrepancies in the work wide
process including polices, procedures, infection
control, safety and quality as a high level of standard,
to do internal JCI tracers as a part of team or team
leader , very high responsibility and representing the
CNO in the off duties hours .
