The American Culinary Federation provides grantsto chefs volunteering for Chefs Move toSchools. Funds can be used to reimburse volunteersfor out-of-pocket expenses on supplies such asfood, educational materials, school gardens, andactivities and projects that promote healthy eatingand nutrition.Grant award is $250. To be eligible for the grantchefs must be registered on the Chefs Move toSchools website, be matched with a school and havevolunteered at least twice within a year.
