                                                Competence:
                                                Competence can be seen as the capability of an individual to
                                                act adequately at the required level in a given situation.

                                                Intercultural competence:
                                                It becomes apparent in the capability of understanding,
                                                respecting and effectively using the cultural relativity of
                                                perception and judgment of oneself and other people.
