  3. 3. •A leader has legitimate power which is the same as authority used to control and utilize organizational resources

  5. 5. • He needs to use coercive power as well. Coercive power is meant to use force or threats to make somebody to do something against his will. While the coercive power may be effective, but it has side effects as well.
