  6. 6. 40 minutes WORK ON CAREER GUIDANCE AND SHIFTS IN CAREERS - Work in small groups: discussing innovative ways of career guidance and innovative shifts in careers Innovative methods of careers guidance provided by educational institutions and labour market actors Innovative ways of new skills and knowledge recognition and on the innovative shifts in careers → Examples of “out of the box” thinking in respect to career guidance, skills recognition and shifts in careers. 30 minutes CONCLUDING PART - Presentation of work in the groups - Discussion - Evaluation Discussion about the results of work and placing these results in a context of contemporary social changes. → Participants’ questions, clarifications and evaluation of the session.
