● 3 days split into 2 phases – crisis management and damage
limitation
● Days 1 and 2 are increasingly pressured with multiple tasks
and deadlines
● Day 3 is a creative process split into 2 tasks:
○ Suggest ways to rebuild Will’s public reputation
○ Suggest approaches to instilling the importance of artwork management
across the organisation

ahead of schedule
● The remaining time was used as a student critique of work
● Summary pointers given by MR and ST
● Learning taken forward into task 2
Task 1 - Write a communication to stockists
7. ● Tasks are set in close succession, students must manage their
time and resources more effectively
● Students are asked to write on behalf of the ‘Will’s Family’ and
with attention to the use of language and detail
● Students are set the final tasks:
○ Suggest ways to rebuild Will’s public reputation
○ Suggest approaches to instilling the importance of artwork management
across the organisation
This is a creative session with no budget limitations or
restrictions in output
Day 2 - The crisis escalates
