Account ManagerBased in Newbury, BerkshireUp to £28,000 pa, depending on experienceJob detailsThis is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of the success of arapidly growing full service agency that has a specific niche within the mobilecomputing sector and has become the leading agency in its field.Essential Communications is a full service digital marketing and PR agency thattakes a highly consultative and proactive approach with its clients that range from$billion global IT distributors, to hardware manufacturers, software VARs and telcos.Due to continued growth Essential is now looking for an Account Manager to join itsdynamic business.The Candidate:You are ideally an IDM trained marketing specialist with agency experience lookingfor an exciting move to become part of a fast paced team in an agency where no twodays are ever the same.You will have strong marcoms experience, including digital marketing, and will becomfortable developing, proposing and implementing marcoms plans and campaignsfor clients.You will have both copywriting and creative experience and feel at home drafting andreviewing copy and managing the creative process for both print and digital.You are a real team player who integrates well with others and are confident leadingprojects and leading small teams.The Main Responsibilities:  To work with clients to develop marcoms plans and budgets to support their business objectives.  To take full responsibility for managing the implementation of client plans working closely with other members of the team including Account Managers and Account Executives, the PR team, designers, printers, web developers etc.  To own the agency’s relationship with allocated clients and become a trusted advisor.  To represent the agencys professionalism and strict adhesion to client confidentiality at all times.  To ensure that revenue from allocated accounts is maximised through a proactive approach to account relationship management.
