  12. 13. What Is A Coaching Session Like? <ul><li>Specifically, this is what I do with you during our coaching sessions: </li></ul>
  13. 14. Listen . I listen fully. You are the focus. I listen to what you say, what you are trying to say, and what you are not saying
  14. 15. Share . After you have fully communicated, I share with you my advice, ideas, comments, and views on your situation, dilemma, or opportunity

Any one who is upto something – an entrepreneur, a manager with an extraordinary objective, a professional filling the practice –needs, yes , needs, and outside voice full of endorsements, compassion, and acknowledgement. Not a yes-type person, but someone who knows what it takes to achieve
  16. 17. Suggest. I want a lot for you. I want you to be healthy, happy and successful. I want you to be on a strong financial track. I want you to enjoy your family and friends. I want you to have a life that inspires others and yourself. Part of my job is to be at least three steps ahead of you, yet be with you. as such, I make requests and suggestions.
  17. 18. Does Coaching Costs Too Much? <ul><li>I charge Rs 6,000 to 10,000/hour </li></ul>
  18. 19. How Will You Work With Me? <ul><li>I conduct one on one and group coaching session (max 4 persons) and </li></ul><ul><li>I also conduct telephone coaching. Coaching on telephone is called telecoaching. Telecoaching allows my client the flexibility of having being coached without being physically present. You can be anywhere in the world, all you need is to have an access to a phone with a clear line to call your coach at a specified time. </li></ul><ul><li>My coachees call me once or twice per week. Calls range from 30 to 50 minutes. The monthly fee for a 30 –minutes call, 4 times a month is Rs. 4,000; for the 50-minute call is Rs5,500 </li></ul>

Are There Any Other Services do you offer? <ul><li>In addition to coaching and telecoaching, I offer the following services: </li></ul><ul><li>I lead workshops and training: teambuilding, leadership, personal foundation, inspirational leadership, social etiquette in corporate world, and other programs. </li></ul><ul><li>I deliver presentations, courses: personality grooming for entry level managers, manager as coach, coaching for breakthrough etc. </li></ul><ul><li>I assist in designing training programs and provide consultancy services </li></ul>

What else should I know about how you work? <ul><li>There are several administrative guidelines that you should know: </li></ul><ul><li>Fees are paid in advance, due on the first day of each month. If the first is a public holiday then the fees will be paid the next working day. </li></ul><ul><li>Your time slot is your time slot. Please don’t try to reschedule. In an emergency , however, we can make our time a priority. If you are going on vacation or can’t make it to a meeting one week, we will make up the time before you leave or after you return. </li></ul><ul><li>The monthly fee covers four sessions per month. After every three months we take a break for one week and commence the week after. </li></ul>
