  • It doesn’t matter where you work, what you do, where you live, how old you are … everyone cares about their health at some level. BEING HEALTHY is trend right… people want to be healthy , happy and live long.

  • I don’t find time to exercise, I make time to exercise… CREATIVITY…. Pedals, standing work station….Time management – I don’t have time – I choose to do something that I think is more important.
  • Work-life balance is not a state. It is a fluid goal and while the pursuit of it is great, it doesn't really exist. Strive to add other parts to your life to "balance" the work part but don't kill yourself when you don't get this ephemeral balance. I worry that people berate themselves for never having balance, which is another kind of stress, guilt, equally bad as high work stress. so my view: pursue it, but don't fixate on the state.

High levels of stress result in reduced productivity employee absenteeism and companies feeling the impact on their bottom line. In this session, Chris will cover how to overcome these challenges, increase energy and create positive change, as well as how to achieve the two Qs and the three C’s of positive physical and mental health. Chris has authored several books including her healthy cookbook, Choose This! and her Get Started with Clean Eating e-books; created dozens of fitness DVD’s; and sells her signature line of healthy kitchen and fitness products on QVC.
