Emma joined us as a the Food and Beverage Manager at BHP Billiton, managing our contract, through to
its conclusion; working across both our retail and events spaces at their Global Headquarters in
Melbourne city.
Her skill level, positive attitude and love of the hospitality industry meant Emma was very well received
into this role by our client and her collegues.
During this time, Emma also accompanied us on a big job to the Middle East working as part of the front
of house service team for a Royal Wedding.
