Processing Service Henan Supioneer Metal Materials Co., Ltd. is not only a professional steel plates supplier, but also specialize in steel plate processing service, we mainly provide service in the following three areas: (1) Cutting With advanced digital cutting equipment and advanced cutting technology, we’re able to cut steel plate which thickness is up to 600mm. Our service aim at reducing the processing procedure and production cost to save the expense for customers eventually. (2) Surface polishing Descaling and defects removing are required to surface finish of steel plates for special use. After been put into production in recent years, our surface polishing equipment have provided users with nearly ten thousand tons of steel plates use for offshore oil platform, pressure vessel, and other fields. Cutting Process (3) Preprocessing Doing a series operation from shot blasting cleaning painting drying spray marks, to prevent steel plates from rusting in a certain period of time. Now we can process 12 main series about more than 300 steel grades, the dimension of cutting piece is: thickness: 8~600mm, width≤4.6mm, length ≤17m. Steel plate cutting solution shows its unique superiority: product linearity is good, high quality kerf and cutting surface is bright and clean.
