Post Intubation Tracheal Stenosis (PITS)

2. Neck examination:
-Tracheostomized
- No palpable lymph nodes
- No palpable masses
- Laryngeal click : intact

3. PMHx: on anticoagulant
PSHx: open heart surgery since 2.5 yrs
ICU admission and intubation for 20 days
Discharged then developed Stridor after one Month
Presented to ER by severe stridor>>underwent urgent tracheostomy
