She often finds herself using food stamps, and eating off the dollar menu. She lives out of her car, which is very cramped. She doesn’t admit she needs money, but we all know it. </li></ul>

  11. 11. Personal Definition <ul><li>Skirmish: (Hyphenated Modifier) </li></ul><ul><li>She had a skirmish with her landlord about the rent, even though he had given her the “If-you-don’t-pay-the-rent-right-now-I’ll-throw-you-out,” speech, several times. </li></ul>
