management process and its applications in
business communication

2. Introduction
◆ Robotic Process Automation is a form of business process automation technology
that works automated to the end user. Robotic Process Automation itself can do what
humans / employees previously did to the end user/user by verifying user data,
payments to suppliers, interaction with users, and data storage for business people
with other business people who have cooperated effectively. In this paper we have
highlighted the use of RPA in different business scenarios and also highlighted the
methods suggested by the authors to ease the problem efficiently. This paper also
intends to give a study on RPA and its process in management and gives a
conclusion onto this approach of business solution.

3. In growing tourism business in Indonesia -:
◆ The development of tourism business in Indonesia is currently growing, so it must
demand companies in the speed and accuracy of processing reservations until data
storage. In addition, business people often work with business people to exchange
data. Robotic Process Automation is a form of business process automation technology
that works automated to the end user. Around 59% of tourists visit Indonesia for vacation
purposes, while 38% for business purposes.
◆ Researchers with experience who work as RPA users and are directly involved in seeing
their processes in the tourism/reservation business, Robotic Process Automation in this
research is for the business operation system process in forming tickets booked by the
end user/user until the ticket that has been booked successfully issued. The stability of
the internet/network can also be one of the benchmarks so that the RPA system runs
smoothly, in accordance with what business people expect. Because, if this RPA system
is used by users who do not cooperate with business people, it is feared that there will be
fraud reservations. Inaccurate data is a problem in running the business, so that available
by RPA is more accurate due to validation in the data.

4. Utilization of RPA technology
◆ The process of ticketing reservations travel agent companies are currently
inseparable in order to speed and accuracy the ticketing process. Robotic
Process Automation increases the competitiveness of travel companies. The
success factor of RPA adoption or maintenance can be said by human ideas
such as employees of travel companies, internet networks, project
management and also implementation partners of RPA. In 2030 tourism in
Indonesia has increased because many travel companies have used RPA and
smart tourists to facilitate tourists coming to Indonesia.
◆ In 2050, researchers analyze RPA in ticket issuance, RPA no longer uses the
internet or can be accessed offline so that companies can minimize spending
in the budget of internet use.

6. Software Defined Network (SDN)
◆ In this paper, we use Analytic Hierarchy Process to analysis the characteristics of network
traffic, then based on K-shortest path algorithm, a novel Resource Preference Aware
Routing Algorithm, simplified as RPA-RA, and is proposed. RPA-RA selects the most
proper path for a flow from k shortest paths by considering the resource preference of the
flows. We introduce AHP to evaluate and carry out path selection for a routing
request. The objective is to choose an optimal path from the k candidate paths
corresponding to the service type ϑ of the routing request, ϑ is determined by the
resource preference of the routing request.
◆ Next is the process of path evaluation between source nodes and destination node d. We
define a factor, , to indicate the preference degree of a flow to a path, the bigger is, and
the more likely the path will be chosen. In fact, a path that has the biggest is chosen as
the routing path.

7. Chatbot Application
◆ Based on the research result, future research can be suggested to expand the works occurring inside and outside the
company to a single RPA environment by additionally linking the work system related to expense management. These
installed environments are API for system, RFC , Database Interface Easy communication with back-end systems such
as automation environment There are many advantages to implementing However, the subject of this study Stem is a
cloud SaaS solution it's sean The license is leased from the vendor and the vendor In a way that manages all
services , the subject of management As a vendor, there are many restrictions on backend linkage. Therefore, it is
necessary to eliminate the use of API, RFC, DB Interface, etc. RPA for SaaS Cloud with pure screen control Travel &
Expense Management Sol Lusion is for travel expenses, purchase expenses, and entertainment expenses incurred
between business activities. The flat-rate settlement method uses costs According to the classification for the schedule
regardless of the actual cost of use It is a method to settle costs, and the actual cost settlement method is used It is a
method of calculating the cost equal to the cost.
◆ Sylvie In this study, cloud expense management solution Chat to identify these problems and solve them new system
to demonstrate application of bot and RPA technology has been developed. The developed system is evaluated by
experts and The average satisfaction rate was 80.3%, especially in terms of ease The highest satisfaction rate was
94%. In future research, ERP related to expense management work system or CRM system and Artificial intelligence
while expanding and linking to the same work system from automation of work to intelligence of work by adding
technology, We want to expand and improve.

8. In Financial Sector
◆ This chapter summarises the success factors for an RPA
implementation that have been worked out so far and explains them
in a coherent and detailed manner. In addition, success factors that
have not yet been dealt with in detail, such as the consideration of
regulatory framework conditions, are also supplemented. The latter
are particularly important in the financial sector, and increasingly also
for the large area of information technologies. It is shown how the
obstacles and challenges repeatedly mentioned in practice can be
overcome by taking the success factors into account.
8
9. Human Resource
◆ If these systems change, software robots often «break» and stop working. Lacking
transparency about the RPA implementation strategy can lead to fear and concerns about
employment in the human workforce. The literature on the experiences and effects of
RPA on employees shows paradoxical results. On the one hand, RPA reduces repetitive
and mundane tasks and allows employees to take on more complex tasks that require
decision-making and human judgment, which may have a positive effect on job
satisfaction .
◆ The results show that RPA implementation led to time savings that are made through the
automation of mundane and repetitive tasks that can now be utilised by workers to take
on more challenging tasks such as data analysis. Additionally, the reduction of employees
does not only intensify the competition among employees but also the competition among
employees and robots .
