on Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan in
partnership with UHM Properties.

• Weston on land conveyed to us by with the
Town of Weston’s Affordable Housing Trust.
• Subject to Chapter 40B regulatory review, which
will involve extensive community outreach and
meetings over the next 12 months with various
regulatory agencies, the Town of Weston
Planning Board, and the Board of Selectmen.
