Dimensions of Behavior
 Kodi’s profile assessment showed that she is dominance.
 She expressed qualities of dominance in her qualities of talking over
listening, handling new situations without stress, and being easy to
approach in all situations.
 Celine’s profile qualities demonstrate dominance in delegating
tasks, ensuring jobs get done from start to finish, and achieving
goals with focus.
Dimensions of Behavior
 Edward achieves results with flair, wins all-or-nothing, judges
people’s ability for benefit, works harder when risks or rewards are
at stake, prefers to share work and goals, concerns himself about
image, wants to do his best, becomes restless, possess a short fuse
temper, and lashes out under pressure.
 Tawnya is a go-getter and prefers a steady flow of accomplishments.
She is a thorough planner and plays the best leadership roles in task
focused situations. As a self-sufficient goal setter, Tawnya is
efficient at detecting the necessary roles, resources, and time lines
for short-term projects.
Behavior Styles
 Having dominance as her behavioral style, Kodi carries characteristic
such as being easy to confront, tasking before socializing, and
handling situations without stress but with ease and comfort.
 Kodi is focused when she tasks and she takes her work seriously.
 Celine portrays herself as a motivator, fast-pace, goal focus, and
creative in problem solving.
 Celine enjoys being in control and dislikes inaction.
Behavior Styles
 Tawnya’s characteristics best match the steadiness behavioral style.
She is naturally people-oriented and uses her supportive and
nurturing disposition to listen diligently and focus on her relationship
with others.
 In a team setting, she can easily work cohesively with others; taking
action only after structural planning.
 Unfortunately, her team player attitude can get the best of her. She
focuses on balance and stability, often times she delays decisions until she
completely understands the repercussions it will have on those
surrounding her.
Behavior Styles
 Edward is an impresser who is less open and less direct compared to
other interactive styles (Alessandra, 2011).
 However, Edward does not want to win at any cost or hurt people’s
feelings. Edward avoids behavior such as taking shortcuts; which seems
like cheating.
 Edward can become impatient with people’s procrastination. At
times, Edward can stretch the truth when heavily involved with
completing jobs.
Strengths and Weaknesses
 Strengths that come with Kodi’s dominance are speaking her mind
and clearly stating opinions, focusing on her tasks, realizing
importance of tasking before socializing, and being available and
easy to approach by others in any situation without becoming
stressed.
 Some weaknesses, however, that come with Kodi’s dominance are
not allowing people to get to know her easily, being too open with
opinions on occasion, talking more when listening should be
dominant, and being too focused on tasks in some situations.
Strengths and Weaknesses
 Celine’s dominant strengths come are in managing her own freedom
and over seeing others, taking control, leading, and making
decisions, but yet highly focus on goals in the work place.
 Some dominant weaknesses are poor listening, strict seriousness,
low tolerant feelings with others, and impatience.
Strengths and Weaknesses
 Tawnya’s primary strengths are caring for and relating to others.
She feels secure when a feeling of stability and belongingness exists.
Her people-oriented skills make her a dedicated and reliable team
player who follows through on carefully thought out decisions.
 Tawnya’s weaknesses are being overly unassertive and submissive.
Her desire to make decisions based on conferring with others
dwindle her ability to make direct personal statements in conflicting
or stressful situations.
Strengths and Weaknesses
 Edward paces himself better by adding one-third to one-half the
time to original estimates to completing tasks.
 Similarly, reduces by one-third to one-half the number of projects taken
on. Maintains an optimistic perspective by dealing with less emotional and
intense non-critical situations.
 Practices stress-management techniques as a way to deal with
pressure.
 With Tasks: tends to underestimate the time and effort requirement to
accomplish tasks.
 Paces himself better and draws on outside resources. Is more
selective about tasks taken on and doesn't hesitate to inquire people
to do their portion.
 With People: has hard-driven approach with lack of patience, especially
when stressed. Learns to relax and enjoys regular recreation with
emphasizing importance to recharge himself.
Analysis of Assessment
 This is a fairly accurate assessment of Kodi’s behavior qualities.
 Kodi is focused when necessary, she does take situations lightly
without a high stress level, and she definitely allows people to
always approach her in any situation.
 Kodi is also very open with how she feels about things and states her
opinions as they are.
 Celine agrees with the outcome of the assessment test, because her
work habits demonstrate some characteristics within her work place.
Analysis of Assessment
 Edward agrees, because throughout Edward’s history the attributes
and characteristics have been demonstrated and exhibited over and
over time and time again to the extent of memorization.
 Tawnya agrees with the accuracy of the assessment.
 In her personal and professional settings, she recognizes and
relates to the steadiness behavior traits.
 When others speak to Tawnya, they also confirm that her attributes are
those of a systematic and altruistic individual.

  • 3. Dimensions of Behavior  Kodi’s profile assessment showed that she is dominance.  She expressed qualities of dominance in her qualities of talking over listening, handling new situations without stress, and being easy to approach in all situations.  Celine’s profile qualities demonstrate dominance in delegating tasks, ensuring jobs get done from start to finish, and achieving goals with focus.
  • 4. Dimensions of Behavior  Edward achieves results with flair, wins all-or-nothing, judges people’s ability for benefit, works harder when risks or rewards are at stake, prefers to share work and goals, concerns himself about image, wants to do his best, becomes restless, possess a short fuse temper, and lashes out under pressure.  Tawnya is a go-getter and prefers a steady flow of accomplishments. She is a thorough planner and plays the best leadership roles in task focused situations. As a self-sufficient goal setter, Tawnya is efficient at detecting the necessary roles, resources, and time lines for short-term projects.

Behavior Styles  Having dominance as her behavioral style, Kodi carries characteristic such as being easy to confront, tasking before socializing, and handling situations without stress but with ease and comfort.  Kodi is focused when she tasks and she takes her work seriously.  Celine portrays herself as a motivator, fast-pace, goal focus, and creative in problem solving.  Celine enjoys being in control and dislikes inaction.
  • 6. Behavior Styles  Tawnya’s characteristics best match the steadiness behavioral style. She is naturally people-oriented and uses her supportive and nurturing disposition to listen diligently and focus on her relationship with others.  In a team setting, she can easily work cohesively with others; taking action only after structural planning.  Unfortunately, her team player attitude can get the best of her. She focuses on balance and stability, often times she delays decisions until she completely understands the repercussions it will have on those surrounding her.

Behavior Styles  Edward is an impresser who is less open and less direct compared to other interactive styles (Alessandra, 2011).  However, Edward does not want to win at any cost or hurt people’s feelings. Edward avoids behavior such as taking shortcuts; which seems like cheating.  Edward can become impatient with people’s procrastination. At times, Edward can stretch the truth when heavily involved with completing jobs.

Strengths and Weaknesses  Strengths that come with Kodi’s dominance are speaking her mind and clearly stating opinions, focusing on her tasks, realizing importance of tasking before socializing, and being available and easy to approach by others in any situation without becoming stressed.  Some weaknesses, however, that come with Kodi’s dominance are not allowing people to get to know her easily, being too open with opinions on occasion, talking more when listening should be dominant, and being too focused on tasks in some situations.

Strengths and Weaknesses  Celine’s dominant strengths come are in managing her own freedom and over seeing others, taking control, leading, and making decisions, but yet highly focus on goals in the work place.  Some dominant weaknesses are poor listening, strict seriousness, low tolerant feelings with others, and impatience.
  • 10. Strengths and Weaknesses  Tawnya’s primary strengths are caring for and relating to others. She feels secure when a feeling of stability and belongingness exists. Her people-oriented skills make her a dedicated and reliable team player who follows through on carefully thought out decisions.  Tawnya’s weaknesses are being overly unassertive and submissive. Her desire to make decisions based on conferring with others dwindle her ability to make direct personal statements in conflicting or stressful situations.
  • 11. Strengths and Weaknesses  Edward paces himself better by adding one-third to one-half the time to original estimates to completing tasks.  Similarly, reduces by one-third to one-half the number of projects taken on. Maintains an optimistic perspective by dealing with less emotional and intense non-critical situations.  Practices stress-management techniques as a way to deal with pressure.  With Tasks: tends to underestimate the time and effort requirement to accomplish tasks.  Paces himself better and draws on outside resources. Is more selective about tasks taken on and doesn't hesitate to inquire people to do their portion.  With People: has hard-driven approach with lack of patience, especially when stressed. Learns to relax and enjoys regular recreation with emphasizing importance to recharge himself.
  • 12. Analysis of Assessment  This is a fairly accurate assessment of Kodi’s behavior qualities.  Kodi is focused when necessary, she does take situations lightly without a high stress level, and she definitely allows people to always approach her in any situation.  Kodi is also very open with how she feels about things and states her opinions as they are.  Celine agrees with the outcome of the assessment test, because her work habits demonstrate some characteristics within her work place.
  • 13. Analysis of Assessment  Edward agrees, because throughout Edward’s history the attributes and characteristics have been demonstrated and exhibited over and over time and time again to the extent of memorization.  Tawnya agrees with the accuracy of the assessment.  In her personal and professional settings, she recognizes and relates to the steadiness behavior traits.  When others speak to Tawnya, they also confirm that her attributes are those of a systematic and altruistic individual.
