Accessing Digital Ink Aware
1. Open the application you wish to use.
2. Open the Floating Toolbar by tapping the
double arrows and select a pen tool or pick a pen
from the tray.
Saving Your Images
1. Click on the camera.
2. Images will automatically be sent to an open Notebook file.
3. To use images elsewhere, right­click and save/copy to a new location.

Importing Power Points
1. Save your Power Point presentation as PDF file, and then drag the PDF
file onto a SMART Notebook page. SMART Notebook saves each Power
Point slide as a separate page.
To save your presentationas a PDF file and drag it into SMART
Notebook
1. Open your presentation in PowerPoint software, and then select File >
Print. The Print dialog box appears.
2. Select PDF > Save as PDF, and then follow the on­screen instructions to
save your presentation as a PDF file.
3. Drag the PDF file onto your SMART Notebook page.Each PowerPoint
slide appears as a SMART Notebook page.
