1:
Develop
DUC
Info
Desk
Sustainability
(DIDS)
action
plan
to
decrease
paper
waste
at
the
DUC
Info
Desk.
Eboni
Freeman-‐

associate-‐
will
solve
the
problem
because
of
her
interest
in
sustainability
and
bettering
the
DUC.
Step
2:
Creation
of
three
additional
excel
spreadsheets
on
DUC
info
desk
Google
Drive.
The
first
sheet
will
be
a
log
for
checking
in/out
section
for
keys.
The
second
will
be
a
section
for
checking
in/out
PA
systems
and
Portable
Screens.
The
third
excel
spreadsheet
will
serve
as
a
log
for
all
ticket
sales.
Step
3:
The
DUC
info
desk
associate
will
share
information
amongst
coworkers
on
how
to
access
the
spreadsheets.
Also,
the
DUC
info
desk
associate
will
formally
introduce
the
new
system
at
the
next
DUC
Associates
and
Student
Managers
meeting.
Step
4:
The
system
becomes
an
official
section
in
all
new-‐hire
training
(manuals,
pamphlets,
etc.).
Step
5:
The
DUC
info
desk
associate
will
analyze
financial
data
before
and
after
the
introduction
of
the
new
check
in/out
and
sales
excel
spreadsheet
system
and
write
formal
report
on
amount
of
money
saved
in
that
quarter,
and
make
projections
on
future
savings.
