Belinda Spillman 
Belinda has been working as a Realtor since 1996. 
She is the managing broker and owner of Aspen 
Lane Real Estate. 
Belinda brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. 
A majority of business for Aspen Lane comes from a 
deeply rooted referral network of past satisfied 
customers. We also employ heavy online marketing 
and maintain a preferred Realtor status with Lennar 
and Pulte new home builders.

Erin Bates 
Erin has been working in the Real Estate and 
Mortgage fields for the past 12 years. She loves 
being a Realtor and working with clients in such a 
booming industry. Currently she is also in charge of 
marketing and business development for Aspen Lane 
Real Estate; creating top notch marketing campaigns 
including a strong internet presence as a huge benefit 
to sellers and buyers alike. 
Aspen Lane Real Estate is chalked full of experienced 
professionals. We are home to multiple Colorado Realtors, and a 
full time marketing and business development manager.
