THESE ANTIBODIES, SPECIALIZED CHEMICALS MANUFACTURED BY THE CELLS OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM, AE DESIGNED TO ATTACH TO AND TAG THE FOREIGN ANTIGEN FOR DESTRUCTION.
  9. 9. WHEN ANYTHING COMES INTO THE BODY THAT, BECAUSE OF YOUR BLOOD TYPE, YOUR BODY IS INTOLERANT OF, THE CELLS, VIRUSES, PARASITES, AND BACTERIA ARE AGGLUTINATED. THEY STICK TOGETHER AND CLUMP UP, WHICH MAKES DISPOSING OF THEM ALL THE EASIER. IT IS LIKE HANDCUFFING CRIMINALS TOGETHER; THEY BECOME FAR LESS DANGEROUS THAN WHEN THEY ARE ALLOWED TO MOVE AROUND FREELY. THE FOODS THAT ARE DESIGNATED AS AVOIDS FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE, ARE THE CRIMINALS THAT YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM IS FIGHTING. AFTER MANY YEARS OF EATING THESE FOODS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM WEAKENS AND THEY WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH SOME ORGANS IN YOUR BODY.
  10. 10. GENOME TESTING THE FUNCTION OF GENES IS TO CREATE PROTEINS THAT ARE USED FOR ALMOST EVERY FUNCTION OF YOUR CELLS. PROTEINS ARE ALSO CRITICAL TO THE FUNCTION OF THE BODY’S ORGANS AND TISSUES. NEARLY EVERY CELL IN YOUR BODY DEPENDS ON THOUSANDS OF PROTEINS TO DO THEIR JOBS IN THE RIGHT PLACES AT THE RIGHT TIMES. BUT SOMETIMES, A MUTATION IN A GENE PREVENTS THESE PROTEINS FROM WORKING PROPERLY. A MUTATED GENE CHANGES THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING PROTEIN, WHICH CAUSES IT TO MALFUNCTION OR TO BE MISSING ENTIRELY. WHEN THIS HAPPENS TO A PROTEIN THAT HAS A CRITICAL ROLE IN THE BODY, IT CAN CAUSE A MEDICAL CONDITION. IT’S HELPFUL TO UNDERSTAND THAT GENES DON’T CAUSE DISEASE. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU DON’T HAVE A “CANCER GENE”. BUT YOU MAY HAVE A MUTATION IN A GENE THAT MAKES PROTEINS FUNCTION IN A WAY THAT CREATES CANCER.
  11. 11. LECTINS: THE DIET CONNECTION A CHEMICAL REACTION OCCURS BETWEEN YOUR BLOOD AND THE FOODS YOU EAT. THIS REACTION IS PART OF YOUR GENETIC INHERITANCE. IT IS AMAZING BUT TRUE THAT TODAY YOUR IMMUNE AND DIGESTIVE SYSTEMS STILL MAINTAIN A FAVORITISM FOR FOODS THAT YOUR BLOOD TYPE ANCESTORS ATE. WHEN YOU EAT A FOOD CONTAINING PROTEIN LECTINS THAT ARE IMCOMPATIBLE WITH YOUR BLOOD TYPE ANTIGEN, THE LECTINS TARGET AN ORGAN OR BODILY SYSTEM (KIDNEYS, LIVER, BRAIN, STOMACH, ETC.) AND BEGIN TO AGGLUTINATE BLOOD CELLS IN THAT AREA. ONCE THE INTACT LECTIN PROTEIN SETTLES SOMEPLACE IN YOUR BODY IT HAS A MAGNETIC EFFECT ON THE CELLS IN THAT REGION. Type O – Most problematic lectin is found in wheat germ and whole wheat products, corn and corn products, catfish, eels, caviar, white potatoes, alfalfa sprouts, and blackberries. Type A – Lima beans, string beans, pinto beans, navy beans, tomatoes, cinnamon, flounder, cantaloupe, bananas, apples, eggplant, anchovies, oranges, shrimp, trout, and clams. Type B – Chicken, peanuts, pomegranates, persimmons, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, beets, salmon, radishes, apples, trout, black-eyed peas, mung bean sprouts, corn and buckwheat. Type AB – Any of foods that react with Type A and Type B

  19. 27. OATMEAL WAFFLES OR PANCAKES 1 cup Silk, rice milk or almond milk ¾ cup quick cooking oats, raw ¾ cup oat flour ¼ cup ground flaxseed 2 tbl. Sugar 2 tsp. Baking powder ½ tsp. Salt 2 egg yolks slightly beaten 1 tbl cooking oil 2 egg whites Heat milk. Stir in oats and let stand for 5 minutes. Combine remaining dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add oat/milk mixture. Add egg yolks and oil into the mix. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into batter. Makes 8, 4 inch pancakes. POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE 8 oz.
