Uemura is focused on providing experiences and not only activities, operating in the major world capitals where it offers its services. Experiences are designed for each customer profile, so that every trip is unique. We don’t offer travel packs, nor do we have predefined routes or work with large groups of clients. Our expertise is in offering our services to individual customers (a family, a couple, friends, but never more than 6 people), doing it so that the travel is customized and the customer has all our attention, creating a warm and trusting atmosphere, that makes them feel comfortable and able to just enjoy the experience. We like to think we are a company merging urban receptive tourism and the services of a private concierge. What is Uemura?

Each office has its own marketing team working with to attract potential customers. Uemura Assistant (UA) We define it as the local assistant, that knows the city, the trendy pubs, the singular sites, those that you cannot miss. He possesses the famous contacts book that must characterize any concierge. It permits him to open the doors of any place, and will be available 24 hours for clients, accompanying them and showing all, and of course, surprising the client. He is the friend that we all want to show us their city. We only work in international cities where we have our own service, to ensure 100% quality What makes us unique?

Our CEO is expert in the luxury sector and a connoisseur of concierge´s services both as a user and as provider, in cities around Europe, Asia and the USA in which he has worked, lived and visited countless times. He is the center, the heart and the founder of Uemura. At the same time if we chose to make strategic alliances or outsource services we felt there was a risk of lowering the quality and unique identity of our services. So from the very beginning, we had the premise of launching Uemura in 5 cities, and reaching our objective of being in 56 cities in the shortest possible time. Where are we going?
