The final SOLUTIONS workshop for the Mediterranean region aimed to build upon the outcomes of the three (3) local workshops that took place in Turkey, Morocco and Israel where the main needs, gaps and priorities of the participating Mediterranean cities were identified and assessed. Based on the identified needs, the potential transferability of selected solutions / measures, of the four (4) thematic clusters considered for the region, was also evaluated considering the local conditions and policy framework. To this end, within the final Mediterranean workshop, the common city needs, gaps and priorities for the region were validated and finalized and policy recommendations fostering the
successful implementation of solutions / measures meeting the identified needs were formulated.
