Results #H2020RTR L6E DESIGN CONTEST ► Two-stage design contest ► Duration Dec. ’15 – Apr. ’16 ► International jury of seven designers and engineers Overview: ► Over 90 submissions during the application phase ► Participants with 32 different nationalities ► Six designs selected for redesign phase ► Each provided with customized package plan ► Three overall winners awarded

Meeting the challenges #H2020RTR EU-LIVE SUMMARY ► Establish common methodology for efficiently designing and building a range of L category vehicles ► Develop a set of cost-efficient electrified powertrains based on an overarching modular approach for BEV and PHEV ► Efficient transfer of know-how from Automotive to L category industry ► Comprehensive concepts for full functionality of L category vehicles (comfort, safety, connectivity / integration into infrastructure) Main goals: ► Prototyping and assembly of L3e and L5e vehicles ► Testing with focus on energy efficiency and vehicle dynamics ► User study and product clinic of L5e vehicle Outlook: L5e Prototype
