Active management The second model is characterised by platforms which go beyond the provision of demand and supply information to create value by fostering trust among both peers. Platform governed peer transactions The third model is characterised by platforms which explicitly set the contractual terms of the peer to peer transaction or which explicitly or implicitly assume responsibility for the quality of the transaction.
