Get CertifiedThe Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority will require bidders to make goodfaith efforts to meet DBE participation goals for the Dulles Metrorail Phase 2 projectwith firms that are DBE certified by the Virginia Unified Certification Program (UCP).With DMC, numerous subcontracting opportunities may be available to DBE certifiedfirms.firmsDBE status is not a guarantee of work, but assures certified firms a fair opportunity tocompete for work.
