  • Dream Value Developers are not ethical dealers. Despite making 90 % of payment of Rs. 697500 ( Rs. Six Lacs Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) towards unit no S76 & S77 IN HARDYANSH ENCLAVE PHULERA & a plot UNIY NO 19 AT SALASAR NAGAR. But MD Rohit Tewari and his staff has handed over just Registration documents of our Plot only and today we received a call regarding cancellation of registries for want of balance of payments. A visit to the site would reveal a pathetic state of affairs. The possession after mutation was to be done in Sept.2014 but still pending. There is no time limit on handing over the possession of the land and more over the MD himself is making calls to inform that REGISTRATION DONE IN PHULERA ON 15 TH JULY stands cancelled. ALL WHO ARE INTERESTED TO PURCHASE THEIR PROPERTY WITH DREAM VALUE DEVELOPERS BE CAREFUL AND DO DUE DILIGENCE AND HOME WORK BEFORE BUYING ANY LAND FROM THEM.
