• We [Muslims] are actually very strong, 1.3 billion people cannot be simply wiped out. The Nazis killed 6 million Jews out of 12 million [during the Holocaust]. But today the Jews rule the world by proxy. They get others to fight and die for them. They invented socialism, communism, human rights and democracy so that persecuting them would appear to be wrong so they may enjoy equal rights with others. With these they have now gained control of the most powerful countries. And they, this tiny community, have become a world power.

    46. 46. Find the bright side Every cloud has a silver lining and you just need to find yours. Try finding the bright spot amidst all the turmoil surrounding a situation and focus on that to get you through. 41
    47. 47. Create realistic goals Of course you're going to feel frustrated if you make your goals so unattainable that you can't reach them no matter how hard you work. Create smaller or more realistic goals so you can feel accomplished instead of defeated each day. 42
    48. 48. Keep yourself on track It's easy to be weak and get off track to whatever goal you're pursuing because it's easier right now. Don't let weakness get the best of you-- you'll only feel worse later. Provide yourself with reminders to stay in a positive mind set and stay with the program. 43
    49. 49. Take control of your decisions You're the boss of what is going on in your life, even when you feel like you don't have a choice. Take back control of your decisions and make the choice to be happier and more positive. 44

    51. 51. Make a conscious decision to be durable In life you can either let a challenge break you down and make you see the world in a negative light or you can draw on strength you didn't even known you had and rise above it. Choose the latter-- it's never too late. 46
    52. 52. Believe you deserve good things If you don't truly believe that you deserve good things in your life you likely aren't going to encounter many. Believe that you are worthy for good fortune to come your way and it just might. 47
    53. 53. Accept the good things Sometimes we get so caught up in the bad stuff coming our way that we forget to appreciate the good things. Take a minute to sit down and think of all the positive things that happened in your day, no matter how small. 48
    54. 54. Give yourself credit Often when we feel frustrated or upset we only concentrate on the bad things or the mistakes we've made instead of giving ourselves credit for what we do right. Allow yourself to feel confident about the things you have accomplished, even if you've messed up in other areas. 49
    55. 55. Smile Sometimes all it takes to feel good is to put a smile on your face. Practice putting on a happy face even when you just feel so-so . 50
    56. 56. CONCLUSION
    57. 57. Fill your mind with positive thoughts Positive thinking exercises are just like any form of exercise. Repetition on a daily basis leads to us getting fitter and healthier. The same applies to our minds. Actively seek out positive thoughts whether it be about you or someone else or something else. It is a practice that makes for a worthy long term habit of a healthy mind. 1
    58. 58. Respect the power of your mind Your mind is very powerful and is capable of so many things that it would not be possible to write a complete list in a lifetime. The power of your mind can be used to dramatically improve your life. Consider this well-known saying - as we think, so we become. 2
    59. 59.

Practice daily

Positive thinking exercises should be practiced daily so that they become truly a part of your life.

Set aside some time first thing in the morning, last thing at night or on the commute to work.

Pick a time that suits you best and schedule it in.

For those precious minutes, seek out the most positive thoughts you can about whatever comes to mind.

People you can thank for contributing to your life.

A dozen things about your home that pleases you.

The sky, the gardens, the trees, the rain, the sun.

Your family, husband, wife.

Your job, savings, retirement fund.

Your sporting skills and achievements, and so on.

3
    60. 60. Like attracts like Keep in mind that we tend to attract to us things that align with our thinking. So if you keep on thinking that your life sucks, it will most likely turn out that way because you have set your mind on that. If you spend some time each day thinking about how great life is, this will serve as sub-conscience motivation throughout the day to improve the situation that you are in. 4
    61. 61. Be disciplined Positive thoughts should prevail in your mind throughout the day after a few weeks of intentional practice. When you feel or realize that a negative thought is trying to gain some ground in your mind, don't give it any room. Instead, push it out by filling your mind with some of the positive thoughts you have been practicing. You will need to stay focused and disciplined for some time. 5
    62. 62. Expand your horizons Begin to go beyond the exercise routine and look for positives in everything you do, everyday. Focus on thoughts that help you bring out the best in the any circumstances around you. 6
    63. 63. Aim for the stars Having clearly defined life goals will be of tremendous help in the early stages of practicing positive thinking exercises. Your goals in life help you to maintain focus on the direction you are going. They help with decision making and setting priorities. 7
    64. 64. Celebrate, always celebrate Share your successes with significant people in your life. Find cause to celebrate and take time out to do just that. I would really love it if you would also share your journey with others by creating your own success story page on website. That way you can share it with long-distance friends via email or face book. 8
    65. 65. Stay connected Get together regularly with like-minded people. This helps keep your motivation levels fully charged. Connect with people who support you and your decision to be more positive in life. It is a fact of life that you will also have to work or associate with negative people. Don't actively avoid them, rather, share your positivity with them. Well, at least as much as they can cope with at any one time. 9
