    2. 2. Your challenges 1. Use two green post-its 2. Write the name of your council on each post-it 3. Then write your personal view of your council’s two challenges in addressing efficiency gains (one per post-it) 4. Place post-its on the wall 5. Scan the range of challenges identified by others 6. Play ‘snap’ and cluster post-its in related themes/groups
    3. 3. Sharing your success 1. Using two orange post-its 2. Write the name of your council on each post-it 3. Then write two successes/strengths which you have (one per post-it) 4. Place post-its on flipcharts against the earlier themes where you think your success/strength is relevant 5. Collectively, if at all possible, try to aim for one success married to a challenge theme.
