  1. 1. EXECUTIVE INSIGHT FOR WOMEN (EIW) The Seattle Ascend Chapter is excited to host “Executive Insight for Women” (EIW). EIW is an Ascend National developed program “Created by Women, For Women, Taught by Women” to help mid-level female managers address common challenges as they transition to senior management or VP level. Date: April 4th, 2014 Time: 9:00am to 4:30pm (includes lunch and networking reception) Location: Deloitte, 925 4th Avenue, Suite 3300 Seattle, WA 98104 Participant fee: Introductory rate for members/ sponsored participants $400. Non-members $500. As this is a high-quality and focused professional development workshop, check with your company/ firm for sponsorship opportunity. Space is limited, so register early. These executives will share their experiences, lessons learned, and personal insights along with their own career journeys. Ascend designed the program to be interactive, with mini-lectures, discussions, and role-play exercises. Participants should expect to leave with a heightened awareness of the choices and skills they will need to develop and demonstrate to be more effective and successful in their unique career journeys.
