Place carrots and fennel with 25 ml water in the Micro Healthy Delight. Cover and microwave at 600 watts for 5 min. Allow to stand for 2 min. 4. Combine the maize meal and salt with 500 ml cold water in the Microwave Rice Maker Large bowl and mix. 2. Add 1 L boiling water to the mixture and stir. 3. Cover with Microwave Rice Maker Large inner and outer cover and push down securely. 4. Place in the microwave and cook on high for 10 minutes. (Cooking time may vary as per your microwave’s power.) 5. Remove from microwave and stir the mixture to break it up. 6. Add 250 ml boiling water and stir, place in the microwave on high for another 10 minutes. (Add less water for a stiffer texture.) 7. Remove from microwave. 8. Dish into serving dish. Add cold water up to the MAX mark indicated on the bowl (Do not add water above the MAX mark). 3. Place inner cover on the bowl with the 2 tabs facing upwards, then place the top cover on the bowl. 4. Place the Microwave Rice Maker Large in the microwave and cook the rice for approximately 12 – 15 minutes (800W microwave), cooking time may vary per microwave. 5. Remove from microwave. 6. Allow cooked rice to stand for at least 5 minutes before serving. Rice

Cook in the microwave for another 20 minutes, remove and stir. 5. Add boiling water. Cook in the microwave for another 20 minutes, remove and stir. 6. Place large colander on top of water tray; add vegetables. Cover and microwave on high power 10 minutes. Let the vegetables cool. 3.
