I am a diligent worker and always have a positive attitude towards life. My quick learning approach is justified by the exposure to different sectors. I have an attitude of highflier and never give up in high-pressure situation as well. I have good liaison skills that I brought into play in my last organizations to carry out all the functions smoothly. I am a leader who takes charge of any situation and give equal opportunities to others to shine as well. I have managed the entire HR gamut single handedly in my last organization and carried out all HR functions efficiently. I am highly organized and disciplined person who knows to update each necessary detail on time. I am efficient in drafting and implementing various HR policies. I drafted and implemented strong HR policies from ground zero in my last organization. I did not restrict myself to implementation of HR policies but also made sure to take dipstick survey every quarter to bring changes to the existing policy if there any. I also took the steps to make management equally accountable to employees so as to increase employee engagement and there by strongly focusing on “employee first”. I am self-motivated, energetic and passionate. I am good team player and a strong communicator and these traits helped me in dealing with many a complicated situation. I have willingness to learn which provide me with the opportunity to enhance my talent with an intention to an asset to the company for a longer term.
